SuspendRefresh( )
SuspendRefresh sets the delayRefresh property to TRUE. This in turn causes the refresh to delay execution until all menu style properties are reset.
The ApplyTheme method resets the delayRefresh property to FALSE. A refresh is always recommended after the ApplyTheme method has been applied.
