ApplyTheme()
ApplyTheme applies all theme elements at once by applying the following methods:
SetFlatMode
SetSeparator3D
SetSeparatorFull
SetVerticalLine
ShowImageBar
SetColor
SetTextColor
During the ApplyTheme method, the delayRefresh mode is made active to allow elements to be set prior to any Refresh being applied.
