DelayRefresh BYTE,PROTECTED
The DelayRefresh property prevents the Refresh from executing until the assignment of new properties has been completed.
Implementation:
The DelayRefresh property is enabled (TRUE) during the ApplyTheme method to allow setting of new colors and indicators, and prevents another thread from executing the Refresh method until the ApplyTheme method is completed. .
