The ConstantClass contains the following methods:

AddItem (set constant datatype and target variable)

Init (initialize the ConstantClass object)

Kill (shut down the ConstantClass object)

Next (load all constant items to file or queue)

Next (copy next constant item to targets)

Reset (reset the object to the beginning of the constant data)

Set (set the constant data to process)
