New PRAGMA's for TIME to LONG conversions and NULL SQL TIME columns

New support for working with 64 bit numbers using the RTL's i64 functions

New built-in signature for dragging text from external programs

New Library and templates for Sending Emails, Emailing Reports, and Sending SMS messages

(All SQL drivers): NULL(datefield) and NULL(timefield) now return TRUE if they are part of a DATE/TIME group and the corresponding column on the server is NULL

New: TopScan and TpsFix utilities
