SetDefaultThemeValues sets all central menu theme elements at once to default values.
Default values are set for the following menu elements:
| MenuBar Normal Color Left | MenuBar Normal Color Right | MenuBar Over Color Left |
| MenuBar Over Color Right | MenuBar Selected Color Left | MenuBar Selected Color Right |
| Selection Bar Color Left | Selection Bar Color Right | Selection Bar Vertical Gradient |
| Selection Border Color | Image Bkgnd Color Left | Image Bkgnd Color Right |
| Item Normal Bkgnd Color | Text Normal Color | Text Selected Color |
| Text Over Color | Flat | Image Bar |
| Separator (3D) | Separator (Full)0 | Vertical Line |
Implementaion:
SetDefaultThemeValues is used to initialize default values to menu elements that are set by the SetThemeColors method.
