You must register the Oracle Accelerator driver with the Clarion development environment before you can use it.
To register Oracle Accelerator:
1.Start the Clarion development environment.
2.Choose Setup 
Database Driver Registry.
3.Press the Add button.
4.Highlight ClaORA.DLL (by default, in the ..\BIN directory) in the list box, then press the OK button. This registers the Oracle Accelerator driver.
5.Press the OK button.
