The Arrow property is a reference to a BYTE which indicates the action to take when the end user presses the up or down arrow key during an edit-in-place process.
The Arrow property should be treated as a PROTECTED property except during initialization.
Implementation:
When the EIPManager is instantiated from a browse the Arrow property will point to the BrowseClass.ArrowAction.
