**When you create a Clarion# application that uses the FILE drivers and plan to deploy to an x64 Windows version, open the ****Project Properties**** and select the ****Build**** tab.**

**In the ****Advanced**** section of the Build tab, set the ****Target CPU**** to ****//32-bit Intel-compatible processor//****. This is required so that the OS can load the native Win32 File drivers.**
