This dialog allows you to print a record or records.

| **Current Record** | Prints only the currently highlighted record. |
| **Current Page** | Prints only the records currently displayed on screen. |
| **All Records** | Prints all records in the file. |
| **Use Filter** | Prints only those records which match the filter created in the **Query-by-Example** dialog. |
| **Columnar Mode** | Prints the records in a "spreadsheet" type of format in which each field in the record is a separate column. |
|  | Specify the number of records to print side by side in the **Columns** box. |
| **Tabular Mode** | Prints the records in a "form" type of format in which each field in the record is on its own separate print line. |
|  | Specify the maximum width of each field in the **Table Width** box. |
| **Print Header** | Specifies whether to print column headers in the report. |
