GetButtonFeq( index )

The GetButtonFeq method returns a field equate label which correponds to the starting set of QBE controls.
Implementation:
The GetButtonFeq method is used in conjunction with the Web Builder template set. This method is called only if the WebServer.IsEnabled method returns a TRUE value.
