Select the control template

After populating the control fill in the prompts

| Recipient Phone Number | enter the mobile number |
| Email Address Format | enter the format for email addresses used by the mobile carrier. [[sms format info.htm|additional information]] |
| SMS Subject | enter a subject if desired |
| Message Text | enter the message text, this is usually restricted to 140 characters |
| Show internal error message | check this to display any errors on sending the message to the user |
| After Message Send | choose the error level notification type |
| Variable to assign error | choose a variable to receive the error number returned |
