If you are having any problems using Clarion.NET and any related add-ons, we have created a Problem Tracker Support System (PTSS), where you can log and track reports that you submit, and also view other reports from developers in the community.

In addition, the IDE has a built-in system should you encounter any problem exception. Click the **Report Error to SoftVelocity** button in the unhandled exception window and it will direct you to the PTSS webpage as well.
