Runtime properties are as the name implies, properties that can be set at runtime (as opposed to design time).  For example, many controls support the [[hide  set control hidden .htm|HIDE]] property, but frequently its required to Hide or Unhide a control at runtime based on some condition. In this case you would use PROP:Hide.  All available runtime properties use the naming convention of **PROP:propertyName.**
