The UPR attribute (PROP:UPR) specifies all upper case. The CAP attribute (PROP:CAP) specifies "Proper Name Capitalization," where the first letter of each word is capitalized and all other letters are lower case. The user can override this default behavior by pressing the SHIFT key to allow an upper case letter in the middle of a name (allowing for names such as, "McDowell") or SHIFT while CAPS-LOCK is on, forcing a lower case first letter (allowing for names such as, "von Richtofen").
